There is plenty of room to play in the forest, collect pine cones, go hiking or mountain biking. You can go sledding or tubing in the wash behind the property! The cabin is clean and ready for you before your visit, with fresh linens and towels. Our professional cleaning staff does a full clean after each stay. The cabin has: cable TV, DVD player, free broadband wireless internet, local and long distance phone calls, CD/mp 3 players with built-in 3 mm audio jack; wood burning rock fireplace as well as gas heating. Each bedroom also has an electric heater to keep the rooms toasty. The Master bedroom has a south facing deck which overlooks the forest and enjoys full afternoon sun. There are 6 beds in total: 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a queen and twin bed. The downstairs bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and a twin bed. New beds, down comforters and an electric blanket on each bed keep the beds toasty and warm your muscles after a big day on the slopes. There is an outdoor patio area with gas BBQ and an outdoor lockup for easy storage of your ski, snowboard or fishing gear. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, crock pot. Throw your ingredients into the crock pot before you head out to the slopes or the lake, arrive home to a beautifully cooked meal. There are even spices to make Gluhwein (Mulled wine), a favorite of ours for warming your body after a day on the slopes at over 7000 ft. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is ample parking for multiple cars, boats, even an RV. $100 security deposit secures your booking. The easiest way to do this is by credit card to our paypal account belindaerrol@gmail.com and full payment (not including security deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept credit card, check or money order. Your booking is confirmed upon clearance of your deposit (or full payment if within 30 days of arrival). There is no check-out on Christmas Day. SUMMER RATES: MAY 1ST-OCTOBER 31ST Non-Holiday rates: $115/night Sun-Thurs; $175/night Fri-Saturday Holiday rates: (3 night minimum) Memorial Day weekend, 4th July weekend, Labor Day weekend: $220/night rates subject to change and do not include 8% city tax and $95 cleaning fee. Cancellation fee of $50 if made 30 days before arrival. No cancellation or refund within 30 days of arrival. |
