Big Bear City CA 92314 Located close to the North Shore of Big Bear Lake, 10 minutes from the ski resorts. SUMMER RATES THROUGH OCT. 31 * Weeknights and weekends: $99.00 per night plus $95.00 cleaning and linens, open and close fee * Fully refundable security deposit - (authorization on credit card is released upon checkout if cabin is tidy and there is no property damage or rental contract violation) FALL: NOV 1-DEC 15 * $125 per night plus $95 cleaning and linens, open and close fee * Fully refundable security deposit - (authorization only on credit card is released upon checkout if cabin is clean and there is no property damage or rental contract violation) HIGH SEASON WINTER: DEC. 16-JAN. 31 * 175 per night plus cleaning, linens, and security OTHER WINTER DATES - FEB. 1 - MAR. 31 *150 per night plus security as described above SPECIAL - Book Friday and Saturday, and we'll give you Sunday night at 50% off the normal rate. EXCEPTION: Dec. 20-Dec. 31 SECURITY: $200.00 (or more, if pets are involved) for your security deposit will be authorized to your credit card, and will be fully refundable per conditions outlined in the rental agreement and reservation confirmation that we'll send to you.
