Our cozy cabin is only minutes from Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, Moonridge Golf course, the zoo, the lake, shops & restaurants, hiking and mountain biking. There is plenty of room to play in the forest or go for a hike. You don't even have to leave the property for sledding! Our professional cleaning staff has the cabin clean and ready for you before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay. The cabin has: TV, a CD/mp3 player with built-in audio jack so you don't need to bring your own audio jack, a DVD/VCR combo plus a large selection of VHS movies; Wood burning rock fireplace as well as gas heating; 2 Decks with forest views. The cabin can sleep up to 6. The large loft bedroom has a beautiful queen bed and a twin. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double and twin. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes, pots & pans, utensils. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Linens, towels and dishcloths are all provided. There is parking for up to three cars. $100 security deposit secures your booking. The easiest way to do this is by credit card to our paypal account belindaerrol@gmail.com and full payment (not including security deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your booking is confirmed upon clearance of the deposit (or full payment if within 30 days). The security deposit is returned to you after your stay. THIS IS A NO-SMOKING CABIN. WINTER RATES: NOVEMBER 1ST-APRIL 30TH Non-Holiday rates: $120/night Sun-Thurs; $150/night for Fri-Saturday Holiday rates: (3 night minimum) Thanksgiving, MLK weekend & President's Day weekend: $190/night. 3rd week of December through first week of January: Su-Wed $220/night; Thur-Sat $250/night. There is no check-out on Christmas Day. SUMMER RATES: MAY 1ST-OCTOBER 31ST Non-Holiday rates: $85/night Sun-Thurs; $115/night Fri-Saturday Holiday rates: (3 night minimum) Memorial Day weekend, 4th July weekend, Labor Day weekend: $150/night rates subject to change. Rates do not include 7% tax & $75 cleaning fee. Cancellation fee of $50 if made 30 days before arrival. No cancellation or refund within 30 days of arrival. |
