Newly remodeled with a full kitchen. pots and pans, utensils, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. includes a foosball table, 2 DVD/VCR, 2 TVs, off street parking. The house sits on a half acre lot which opens to national forest at 7,500 ft, near the ski area. The wood burning fireplace is crackling and cozy on cold nights in addition to a normal forced air gas heating. It's a perfect place for families: sledding in the yard in the winter and hike to the back woods in the summer! There's even a seasonal stream that's about 50 yards behind the house. There is off-street parking in the front, with space galore: the lot is 20,000 square feet. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit ($150.00) is requiered. Credit Cards by PayPal accepted.
