Holiday rates: (2 night minimum) Thanksgiving, MLK weekend & President's Day weekend: $190/night. 3rd week of December through first week of January: Su-Thur $220/night; Fri-Sat $250/night. There is no check-out on Christmas Day. WINTER RATES: NOVEMBER 1ST-APRIL 30TH Non-Holiday rates: $120/night Sun-Thurs; $150/night for Fri-Saturday CHECK CALENDAR BELOW TO MAKE SURE THE DATES YOU WANT ARE AVAILABLE. WINTER 7-NIGHT STAY FOR ONLY $700! (nonholiday and no Saturday check-in) THAT'S ONLY $100 PER NIGHT!!!! The House is atop Moonridge. The House sleeps 5, with one bath. 1 bedroom plus loft with 1 queen each. Linens and towels are not provided but can be at an extra cost. Newly remodeled with a full kitchen. pots and pans, utensils, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. includes a foosball table, 2 DVD/VCR, 3 TVs, off street parking. The house sits on a half acre lot which opens to national forest at 7,500 ft, near the ski area. The wood burning fireplace is crackling and cozy on cold nights in addition to a normal forced air gas heating. It's a perfect place for families: sledding in the yard in the winter and hike to the back woods in the summer! There's even a seasonal stream that's about 50 yards behind the house. There is off-street parking in the front, with space galore: the lot is 20,000 square feet. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit ($150.00) is required.
